Real Time Gaming
History…
Real Time Gaming was
founded in 1998. Despite
building a formidable software platform, RTG has been plagued by the
unscrupulous operating practices of some of its licensee casinos.
For some time chat rooms and casino advocate sites were rife
with negative sentiments towards a number RTG casinos and
unfortunately RTG seemed to get dragged into the quagmire by
association. Things
seemed to have improved now, with a number of RTG casinos
establishing themselves as industry favourites, and RTG getting
better exposure for what is a very solid software product.
Characterised
by…
RTG
are similar to Playtech in the sense that they are relative
newcomers to the industry and have turned a lot of heads (sometimes
for the wrong reasons though for RTG) in a short space of time to
now find themselves one of the industry’s powerhouses.
Like Playtech, RTG offers a very solid product with few
weaknesses.
We like because…
Game
range at RTG is very good and growing fast.
They are not quite in the same league as the Microgaming’s
of this world, but seem to be catching up.
They also have a bet range on most of their slot games,
allowing bets of between 1 cent and $45 per spin on most games.
We dislike
because…
If
the look and feel of an online casino is important to you, then you
may be a little disappointed with the RTG interface.
While pleasant and playable it falls well short of the likes
of Playtech, Wagerlogic and Boss Media.

Time Gaming casinos…
